Gum swelling, redness, or the appearance of a "bump" (abscess) near the tooth

Discoloration of the tooth enamel (darkening) or unpleasant breath

These symptoms indicate that the infection has penetrated deep into the tooth, affecting the pulp. Do not ignore these signals, as the inflammatory process can quickly spread to the bone tissue and damage the permanent tooth germ. Timely canal treatment stops the infection and allows saving the tooth from extraction.
